World War II Trip to Wales

In October Year 5 went on a fantastic trip to Holywell in North Wales.
It was part of their topic on World War II. They became part of  'Operation Pied Piper' which was all about the evacuation of 3 million children mainly from London to the countryside .
They also had time to look around the farm, the Victorian buildings and play in the maze.
The children all thoroughly enjoyed their WW2 experience!
