The school choir is led by Miss
Smith and Mrs Serey and rehearsals take place every Wednesday after school.
Choir is open to everybody and there are currently over 40 children in the
choir from all year groups in the school. Many children have been a part of
the choir since it started and a large number of children are also involved
in drama club.
As well as being taught a wide variety of songs and learning to sing well as a group, the children now cope very well with singing two and sometimes three-part harmonies and enjoy the challenge of doing this. During choir sessions, children are also given the chance to perform songs which they have been learning at home or with their friends in school. |
