* The school choir went to Church View Nursing Home just before Christmas to sing festive songs to the staff and residents. Well done to all children involved for another wonderful performance. * Once again, in conjunction wth Bethel Church, children in all year groups participated in the annual shoebox appeal. Over 30 boxes were filled with gifts and were sent to children around the world. School Councillors and Governor Reps helped to wrap up the boxes in Christmas paper and also worked together to sort and organise the gifts. * The end of term saw the corridors transformed into a wonderful Winter Wonderland. Stalls included- Christmas crafts, nail painting, name the teddy, tombolas, toys and books, cakes and year group enterprises. Children also enjoyed dancing at the Christmas disco. |
