Opening Ceremony The whole school, parents, governors, staff, special guests, Rangers (to name a few) gathered in excitement at the Grand Opening Ceremony of our new garden.
Mr Hardiman and Liz Fitsimmons both gave impressive speeches and thanked the many people who made our garden a reality!
Liz, Jan Gallagher (LEA) and pupils representing each year group gathered around for the opening ceremony when Isabella (Foundation) cut the ribbon to officially declare our garden open! The pupils each released a balloon with St Cuthbert’s contact details on, just in case anyone may be lucky enough to capture one.
Two special guests who joined us in our celebrations were the talented garden builders, they also released balloons.
Congratulations to the group of pupils who performed an impressive dance which was enjoyed by all.
Liz and Linda presented flowers to Margaret Jones (Manager of St Anne’s Court) for all her hard work in making the garden happen.
WE SINCERELY THANK EVERYONE INVOLVED IN MAKING A ‘VISION’ TURN INTO A DREAM COME TRUE.
