The School Council in St. Cuthbert's is maintained by Miss Walsh and Mrs O'Malley. There are three representatives from each year group these elected by the pupils. The Council meets once a month.

St. Cuthbert's School Council is also part of Liverpool Schools Parliament and each term attend meetings at Liverpool Town Hall.
