| Everton star
Segundo Castillo came to St. Sebastian's to present awards to the pupils
for their achievements in foreign languages. This was part of the
school's International Week and since St. Sebastian's was recently given
the accolade Spanish School of the year it was appropriate that the
Spanish speaking star should come along. Year 6 children performed a
terrific Spanish play written by Mr. Burke and Miss Davies about
footballers' lives and wives. The picture held by Mrs Hagan was created by
the children and staff and was signed by Segundo Castillo for the school
to keep.
Meanwhile Mr Hardiman received a 25 years certificate and champagne which the staff asked Segundo to present as the Head is an avid Blues supporter. |
