These are children from Years 5 and 6 participating
in the after-school Nutrition Club run by Mrs Buckley and Mrs Hagan.
Each week the children learn about healthy eating, cooking skills
and food preparation. When the food has been prepared they take it
home to cook and enjoy with their family. So far the children
have made garlic bread, pizza and fruit kebabs. Also planned are
chicken and sweet corn pasta, Christmas low fat biscuits, fruit
delights and many more tempting healthy foods.
