If you haven’t got anything nice to say

DON’T SPEAK !

People judge me, but never look at themselves

People judge me because of my skin

They judge me and my family

They judge me because I am not that thin

Yes, my sister is disabled, but if you judge her badly, an apology is what I seek

If you haven’t got anything nice to say....DON’T SPEAK

My skin colour may give a hint that I’m from Africa, but no, that’s where you’re wrong

I’m from London, didn’t think that did you?

Think before you speak, some of your words may offend

If you were judged you would be the first to shed a tear

When people judge without thought, people hurt on the inside, so once again I’ll make this clear,

If you haven’t got anything nice to say....DON’T SPEAK

Don’t judge me, in fact, don’t judge anyone!

Make this world a better place

Sometimes all that is missing is a smile on a face

Don’t judge, you will feel a lot better and it makes everything worthwhile.

I AM POLISH

When I first came to Liverpool, I spoke no English.

I could only SEE what people thought of me.

They looked shocked and said words that I did not understand, but from their FACES I could see they did not like me.

Now I have been here for over a year and things have changed.  I have lots of friends, and although I still do not speak English very well, I can SEE from their FACES what people think of me now.  They smile, joke and make me feel happy.

Poland will always be my home, but Liverpool is a very special place to me.    When I go to my new school I hope to make more friends and will SEE from their faces that they like me.

Don’t Judge Me!

Do not judge me because I am different

Do not judge me by the way I talk

Do not judge me by the way I dress

Do not judge me by the way I look to my family

Do not judge me by the way I look

Do not judge me because I am unique

Do not judge me because of my disability

Do not judge me by the way I act

Do not judge me because of where I live.

How would you like it if this happened to you?  Just remember what goes around comes around and everything has consequences and I am proud to be me.  This is a hard time for all of us, so do not judge me because you are angry with the world, if this happened     to you, how would this make you feel?

Don’t Judge Me Because I’m different

Don’t judge me because I have a disability

Maybe I can’t walk, talk, read, write or count – so what!

I’m happy with the way I am.

Don’t feel sorry for me because I’m proud to be me!

Don’t laugh at me or copy my actions

Just think, what if someone found it funny because you were different?

God wouldn’t want us to be like this.

Think before you speak!

WE ALL JUDGE

Have you ever judged anyone by the way they look?

Have you ever judged anyone by their background?

Have you ever judged anyone by the way they dress?

I have...   many times and it has backfired on me.

When you have an argument that’s when it starts.

And when you say stuff I don’t like about me,

it hurts and offends me.

But !!!  Then I think of what I said and then I realise how they feel hurt and pain why it rushes in their head.

Do Not Judge Me Because of Where I’m From

Do not judge me because of where I’m from

Look at this website and you will see

 offends me

Has someone ever judged you

because you’re different from us all?

Childline is free, just give them a call

Please don’t judge me, because of where I’m from

I’ve seen a boy getting hurt

The bully see’s me and he’s alert

He runs away, over the fences

He’ll soon realise the consequences

I helped the boy, whose name is John

Then I asked him where he is from

He didn’t answer just looked at the ground

And in my hand was part of the glasses I found.

Don’t judge people because of their skin

You don’t know the condition they’re in

They could be new in town, you never know

So help them up and show them around.

Only my best will do... be kind to everyone... only my best will do... be kind to everyone...
