Year 4 Photography Project

These photographs relate to a project completed by Y4 pupils. The project was part of the Find Your Talent city wide project which St Sebastian's are involved in. The children worked with the artist Faith Bebbington, who, after consultation with staff and pupils, came up with the idea of a mural which could stay on display outside the new classrooms.

The project is called Reclaim Your Space. The children worked with Faith for two days on creating figures from willow and then covering them with paper maché. The effect is stunning and provided a lot of training for the pupils and staff working with a professions artist. The whole event was funded by Find Your Talent and hopefully the school will be involved in many more projects in the future.
